Dr. Saeed Sheybani was born in Kashmar and completed his diploma at Imam Khomeini School in Kashmar with an average of 18, and entered Iran University of Medical Sciences with a rank of 254 in the national entrance exam and rank 1 in the military entrance exam.
After graduation, Dr. Saeed Sheybani completed his 2-year service plan in a village in Behbahan, establishing water and electricity in that area with the help of the Jihad Construction Organization, for which he received a letter of appreciation from the parliament.
He then became a judiciary expert and served as the head of prison health services. After migrating to Tehran, he exclusively performed dermatology and cosmetic procedures. Member of the European Laser Association, principal physician at international skiing competitions under the supervision of the president of the World Ski Federation, and author of the first illustrated medical encyclopedia book named "Torshiz" which is taught under the supervision of the Technical and Vocational Training Organization.
